I stayed here for two nights and it exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stays in birmingham. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and refreshing shower. The staff were friendly and quick to assist, everything went smoothly.

Pleasant staff from the cleaner to the manager, everything was perfect. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was neat with good shower. It had comfortable decor. The location seemed unbeatable in place. And not far from shops and Birmingham and restaurant.

The hotel had a lovely homey feel and the staff were so kind. I appreciated the spacious decor and the accessibility features for seniors. It felt cute.

Cleaner rooms and better dietary accommodation.

Really enjoyed to spend 2 days in our airy twin room with biscuits, large TV, as example.

We appreciated soft beds.

The family room was spacious, but the carpet was filthy and dusty.

The location was great there, downstairs in the pub.

Everything seemed good, clean.

Really enjoyed the spacious family room 🤗! Lots of modern decor and a refreshing shower. Breakfast was a bit chaotic but tasty. Needed more healthy choices. not bad for a family stay.

Parking arrangements can be confusing, with unclear signage that leaves you guessing. The breakfast setup feels a bit chaotic, as you need to collect plates, cutlery, and drinks from various locations, which isn't the most streamlined experience. I ended up overwhelmed trying to figure everything out in a hurry. The shower in my room leaked, soaking the floor and bath mat, a bit annoying. The view from the window is less than picturesque, overshadowed by pipes and rooftops.

The room was clean and spacious, with nice high ceilings and modern decor. The staff seemed friendly, and i liked that they made the sofa bed for the kids before we even arrived. The location was pretty good too, since it was close to where we wanted to visit the next day.

I enjoyed a spacious room with great amenities , and the hotel is just a short 2.5 km walk to the beautiful Woodgate Valley Country Park, perfect for a leisurely afternoon stroll.
